I support a very small caseload at a time, because I want to make sure I give you my BEST energy and resources. I see no more than 10 weekly clients. The good news is that since I don’t require weekly sessions, I can give you a space without a long wait period.

I offer 1:1 support Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9:30 am until 3 pm (EST). Hours outside this availability are rarely available and only upon previous agreement. 

THERAPY uses various forms of evidenced based protocols, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Solutions-Focused Therapy. Therapy is symptom and diagnosis focused, and develops a treatment plan to improve current concerns. Therapy also adheres to many medical and legal rules-regulations. 

COACHING is mostly solution-focused and accountability based. Coaching does not diagnose and in my belief gives you more flexibility in reaching your goals. We pick your goals and focus solely on achieving these during our time together.

I provide 1:1 therapy to Florida Residents and Worldwide Coaching packages. 

I offer a 6, 8 or 12 week Coaching Program. At the outset of our coaching relationship we pick a minimum of 2 goals you want to reach. We meet weekly or bi-weekly for 50 minute sessions. Coaching can be parenting related, relationship related or transition related. How can you know which package will work best for you? It depends on your time and financial investment, as well as what goals you want to achieve.

At this time I do not accept insurance. I can provide you with an invoice and you can send to your insurance to see if it qualifies for an out-of-network provider (Florida Residents ONLY).

I am currently offering VIRTUAL sessions due to limited capacity. On rare occasions, I can accommodate in person sessions, but are not guaranteed.
